Leading for Cultural Change: This half day course will explore the economic, legal and moral benefits of establishing an organizational safety culture. 

In addition, it will explore the importance of management's engagement, leadership and commitment to the success of the process. 

Topics include, tools to calculate costs of accidents, interpret slice level reports and strategies that can be used to build effective safety cultures.
